Welcome to Exceptional Village Academy! Here’s how to begin your enrollment journey.

Enrolling at Exceptional Village Academy is a simple, supportive process.
We take time to get to know each student, understand their learning style, and make sure EVA is the right fit for their goals. Whether you’re new to online learning or transitioning from another school, our process is designed to make enrollment smooth and stress-free.
STEP-BY-STEP ENROLLMENT GUIDE
Step 1:
Submit Your Application
Complete our online application form so we can get to know your student.
There is no application fee, and the form helps us learn about your student’s interests and goals.
Step 2:
Application Review
Once your application is received, our team will review it carefully.
We’ll be in touch within 3 business days to guide you through the next steps and schedule a short Zoom chat. It’s a chance to get to know your student and make sure EVA feels like the right place to learn and grow.
Step 3:
Acceptance
If your student is a good fit for EVA, you’ll receive an official acceptance email with details about placement, course options, and next steps for enrollment.
The email will also include information about registration and curriculum fees needed to secure your student’s spot.
Step 4:
Enrollment, Fees & Orientation
After acceptance, families complete the enrollment packet and submit all required registration and curriculum fees to confirm enrollment.
Once enrollment is finalized, you’ll be invited to a short orientation session to learn about schedules, Zoom expectations, and student supports.
Step 5:
Welcome to the Village!
Once enrollment is confirmed, your student will receive their login information and class schedule — and officially become part of the EVA community.
